Seeking an extremely detail-oriented, organized, motivated, professional and personable individual to assist our guests in finalizing all details of their upcoming travel. This includes reserving & confirming hotel/resort reservations, rental cars, airfares, park tickets and other entertainment venue tickets. The activator also reconfirms all details of participation for all package guests. Typing skills of 45wpm+ required. Previous telephone experience required. Previous Sales experience is a HUGE plus.

Island One Resorts required Computer Systems Analyst with Associates Degree or Equivalent in Information Technology and 10 or more years experience in Financial Systems development. Candidate should have Time Share Industry experience and strong knowledge in both Progress 4GL CHUI and GUI. Job specification includes requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, documenting and training users. Candidate required hands on experience in following technologies:

Strong knowledge of Financials includes trial balance, balance sheet and profit & Loss account statements in multi company financial systems. This position is located in Orlando working in our Corporate office.

This candidate must perform all essential functions of a Maintenance Tech that include carpentry, preventative maintenance and the repair of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical equipment at the resort. Will perform routine to moderate preventative maintanance for carpentry and painting and also perform room calls. Must be able to move refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves and other heavy items. Must also be able to move these items up or down stairs. Will be on call every 4th week.
